The Black community is shockingly underrepresented at top universities and within the business world. So, students from the London Business School decided to create an inclusive network that inspires engagement, unlocks opportunity and creates a path to success. 




Solution

We worked closely with the Black In Business team, workshopping a strategy that defined a powerful new platform, and creating a bold and distinctive identity for the organisation.

Black In Business have set an ambition to become the no. 1 Black Community for business school students in Europe. Bigger than that, they’re showing the business world that black people shouldn’t just be included, they should be integral.
